The demand for skilled nurses is now higher than ever. This program equips you to become a competent, compassionate, and well-respected registered nurse (RN) to make important contributions in today’s complex healthcare environment. You will be able to seek employment as a Nurse or expand your career as a professional nurse in clinical practice, administration, nursing education and nursing leadership in a Nursing related field.

INCENTIVES

Incentive Grant

$6,000 incentive grant from the Government of New Brunswick.
($3000 in year 2. $3000 in year 3)

Return-of-Service

Guaranteed employment upon graduation with a “Return-of-Service” agreement to return to NB and work as an RN for a minimum of 1 year upon graduation.

Signing Incentives

Potential signing incentives up to $10,000 from the regional health authorities for graduates from this program.

Financial Assistance

Eligibility to apply for New Brunswick Student Financial Assistance – 0% interest loans and grants. More information is available at Studentaid.gnb.ca.

HOW IT WORKS

Six (6) "Mods" in a
twelve month period

Each program "Mod" meets
for eight (8) weeks.

Full-time students take a minimum of six (6) Semester Credit hours per "Mod".

Horizon Health Network of Hospitals and/or Vitalite Health Network

Beal University Canada’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is approved by
The Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB). Current graduates from this program are eligible to apply for registration as a Registered Nurse in New Brunswick.
